Lecturers

The training is led by Erika Daugėlaitė, the founder of Provence Scents, and Laima Simonovic, a spa specialist and expert in various massage techniques, who leads many years of SPA experience and invaluable in-house training. Below we briefly provide information about the Academy's steam lecturers.

The

Erika Daugėlaitė

Erika is the founder of the spa, beauty and wellness company - Scents of Provence.

Erika has been working in the field of beauty and wellness for 13 years. The main activities are: strategic planning, brand positioning and strengthening. The last seven years have been dedicated to the improvement of the concept of the organic SPA Provence Scents and the strengthening of the brand Florame in Lithuania.

The

Erika holds two bachelor's degrees in economics (Vilnius University, Business Administration and Management, Lithuania and King's Own Institute, Australia), and a master's degree (Vilnius University, Service Management, Lithuania). Practical and theoretical knowledge related to health services and spa business gained through various trainings and seminars: Florame Aromatherapy Seminars - Pronunciation, Massage Courses - Bali, Indonesia, Payot Company Sales Courses - Sydney, Australia, Healthy Lifestyle Courses Australia (Level 1), Healthy Living and Healthy Eating Certificate - Great Britain. Erika speaks English, Russian, German and French.

Practical experience gained while working and living in various countries: Indonesia - Bali, Australia - Sydney, UAE - Dubai. Until 2009 Erika worked in end-user-oriented companies: marketing for the Royal Athletic Sport Club, distribution rights for Body Attack. Currently, Erika has gained strong and professional knowledge from the theoretical and practical side in the categories of wellness, health and SPA.

Over the last 7 years, Erika has created, opened and successfully developed 4 SPA Provence Scents centers located in 5 * and 4 * hotels in Lithuania. A conceptual spa for a full body and mind, organic, natural and modern. More about it: www.provansokvapai.lt

Erika often writes articles in the press and online about aromatherapy, healthy living. Conducts seminars on aromatherapy and facial and body skin care. Over the past seven years, Erika has gained experience in spa planning, staff development and increasing customer loyalty, and strengthening the SPA Provence Scents brand. Continuous improvement, persistent and meticulous work has created a successful business that is highly ranked not only in the Lithuanian market, but also in foreign countries.

The

Laima Simonovic

Laima has a bachelor's and master's degree in education from the Lithuanian Sports University. He has a massage therapist's press and works as a massage therapist.

After graduation, she worked on corrective work with preschool children with musculoskeletal disorders.

Later, after completing massage courses in Lithuania and specialized Elemis aromatherapy, sports and hot stone massage courses in London (UK), Laima S. went to work in the United States. Worked for 6 years in Celebrity Cruises cruise ship 5-star spas. Gained invaluable experience working with clients of different ages and different nationalities. Already working on ships, Laima started conducting seminars for clients (on the benefits of SPA procedures, stress damage, healthy lifestyle, etc.) and employees (on aromatherapy, SPA procedures protocol, sales, etc.).

After returning to Lithuania, Laima continued to improve her knowledge: she graduated at the age of 4. course in traditional Chinese medicine (acupuncture / acupressure) and obtained an international diploma from Neijing School (Spain), completed lymphatic drainage massage courses, and is currently studying Japanese facial massage at Kobido School (Japan).

For the last 6 years, the therapist has been working in the spa salon "Provence Scents". She conducts in-house training for employees and field seminars for various organizations.

Laima says that her strength is her diverse experience and constant desire to improve. Real training comes with knowledge and its application in practice.

Laima Simonovic also wants to share her practice with you, which would give you not only knowledge but also confidence in working on this important work of a massage therapist.
